AIC Inspection Services provides NDT or "Crack Testing" services for many of the large crane operators as well as smaller owner operators.

Annual inspections
NDT is a requirement for the CraneSafe green sticker annual inspection program as required by most construction sites.
- Inspections can be arranged along with a certified crane assessor.
- On site inspections

Major Inspections
Major inspection of cranes and other access equipment is required for 5 yearly, 10 yearly and end of life assessment and the NDT is often performed while the equipment is stripped down.
Inspection may include,
- Eddy current of critical welds
- Ultrasonic testing of pins and bolts
- Magnetic particle testing of welds & hooks

We have extensive experience inspecting both insulated and non-insulated truck mounted EWPs for many of the power distribution companies in Victoria and interstate.
